Third appointment with our Maestra sfoglina Rina Poletti directly from Italy as we learn how to make different types of fresh pasta using traditional techniques a 31inch long rolling pin.
This time, we will be making the famous Tortellini emiliani, a tradition that goes on for centuries!
With no Kitchen Aid nor pasta machine, but only eggs, flour and passion you will see a beautiful "sofglia" unfold under your eyes. This is a unique opportunity to be trained by the most famous sfoglina in Italy.
